  Weeper's Friends Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our charitable scope of work is primarily to help provide and sustain low/no-cost music and creative arts programs to underprivileged, at-risk and fostered children residing in underserved I.E. communities.
Mission: To equip underprivileged, at-risk youth with basic office, communication and social skills, using our entertainment facilities, artists, projects and programs and by supporting programs that prepare these youth for adulthood, college and/or careers in entertainment or other industries. Our outreach programs provide critical funds and promote teamwork and community engagement
Vision: Through our base training center and mobile unit, we provide ‘hands on’ performance projects and educational programs ‘free’ to all children that are in proven need of services, funds and also serve as resource partners to other community programs to positively impact the lives hundreds of at-risk children annually in the Inland Empire and surrounding communities.
Purpose: The program supports underprivileged, at-risk children in Inland Empire communities by partnering with local public schools and struggling community youth organizations to provide low or no-cost creative arts program support. The quality of life within our local communities can be improved and made safer as these underserved children receive a chance to access and expand their creativity with positive and creative environments providing youth ‘tools of hope’! Weeper’s Friends is an excellent educational opportunity…and it’s fun too!

A. Ray Fuller - a.k.a. ‘The Weeper’, producer/recording artist and celebrated guitarist, graciously serves his life’s purpose, with ‘Weeper’s Friend CARES’.
With nearly thirty years of experience as a professional studio and touring musician, A. Ray Fuller’s many travels, fans, peer relationships, and personal circumstances have exposed him to life’s most meaningful things. Things which bind Ray to his own and other’s concerns and deepest desires: the need for true caregivers and support of ones dreams.
We rely primarily on our self-produced fundraisers, private donations, and your goodwill to survive and carry out our missions. Your kind contributions towards our projects and events help ‘Weeper’s Friends’ make a great difference in the lives of many children today and tomorrow!
